Party date has been set and is fast approaching. If you have been invited you will be added to the guest list, otherwise you will need a ticket to get in. If you would like to bring children please talk to me about a different day. There are no directions on this site on purpose, you should call or e-mail to get more details. Most people bring two coolers, one for food and one for beverages. There should be plenty of hot pits available for BBQing. Don't forget paper plates and utensils and please bring trash bags if you plan to set up a camp site. Last year the cleanup was a breeze because of all the considerate folks that kept their spots tidy. You are welcome/encouraged to camp so bring your tent, camper, RV, whatever and stick around for the madness. Parking will be available but please consolidate if everyone is on the same arrive/depart page. I would recommend getting there early to get a good spot as most of the vets get there the night before to set up. There will be music DJ'd all day and a live band (Jimmy Lee and Friends) at night followed by dance videos on the 40 foot big screen that night to help you get your groove on. Although there will be a professional photographer on site (Andy Roth - www.arothimages.com) you shouldn't forget your camera because people won't believe you without pictures. There will be a check in at the front gate where tickets will be collected, names checked off the guest list and you will be asked to sign a waiver agreeing to have fun at your own risk FYI. Hope to see you all there as this may be the last Slip and Slide event of its kind.
